7th Annual Ballpark Festival of Beers

The Lowcountry will have a chance to taste some of the finest beers on earth at the 7th Annual Ballpark Festival of Beers. This event is presented by Mellow Mushroom and will be held on Saturday, Oct. 3 at Joseph P. Riley Jr. Park in Charleston, SC.

The park is normally home to our Charleston RiverDogs, who finish their Class single-A baseball season this Monday (Sept. 7) against the Savannah Sand Gnats.

More than 100 different varieties of beer will be available for your tasting pleasure. From 7 to 10 p.m., patrons will receive sampling tickets, each good for a five oz. taste of their favorite beer. Get in line early because the first 1,000 people will receive a commemorative sampling glass.

Delicious food will also be available to complement the beers. The food will be provided by the Mellow Mushroom, Home Team BBQ, and the RiverDogs.

Please be aware that the Ballpark Festival of Beers is a 21+ event. Anyone under the age of 21, along with pets, will not be allowed inside the facility.
