  • Ask you lots of questions listens carefully then ask more questions to insure the Realtor knows the home, neighborhood and community that best fits you, your family and your lifestyle
  • Provide you with detailed information on homes for sale in the area
  • Thoroughly explain the home buying process
  • Help you get pre approved for a home mortgage before you look at houses
  • Keep you informed on the status of your loan approval
  • Tell you how it's possible to buy a home with little or no down payment
  • Show you how it's possible to finance your home with a below market interest rate
  • Show you how it's possible to buy a home with credit challenges or past financial problems
  • Show you how it's possible to finance your home if you are self employed and don't want your income or employment verified

  • Recommend you ask for a home warranty on the property that is paid for by the seller
  • Recommend a quality builder if you are looking for new construction
  • When you find a home you desire to purchase advise you on what price to offer
  • Thoroughly explain all the purchase documents you will need to sign.Provide you with an estimate of all of your total cash requirements at closing.Write up the offer to purchase agreement.Advise you on how much good faith deposit to offer with the purchase agreement
  • Provide you with any information available as to the sellers motivation, what price they might accept or other concessions the seller may provide
  • Represent and negotiate the purchase agreement to have you get the best deal possible
  • Follow up with the sellers agent to insure the sellers are complying with the contract contingencies or requirements
  • Recommend a firm to handle the closing that is thorough and price competitive
  • Accompany you on a walk through inspection of the home prior to closing to insure the home is as represented when the contract was written
  • Be at the closing with you to insure everything goes smoothly and as represented
  • Recommend where to obtain your homeowners insurance
  • Keep you informed of what's happening along the way between contract acceptance and closing.Help you determine when and if you should refinance to lower your interest rate or monthly payment
  • Provide an annual update as to your homes value
  • Provide counseling that can help you send your kids through college or provide you with an excellent retirement program through investing in rental property
